Confirm today to be entered into a drawing for a free book. Must be present to win.
To help honor Chris and to support the camp, Jan Jenkins is holding a presentation called, “New Hope: Stick Together; Stay Alive.” Jan's talk will be followed by a Q & A session and a book signing of Footprints of Courage: Our Family’s Struggle for Justice, 2nd ed. Books will be available for purchase at the event.

Jan is also offering a book raffle for Footprints at the River's Edge readers: For every 20 Footprints readers who sign up today, Jan will raffle off a free book. To register, e-mail footprints.blogmail@yahoo.com by midnight April 25, 12 am (CDT). Your name will be put into a drawing, and you must be present to win.

If you cannot attend the event, but would like to help honor Chris's memory, you can make a donation to St. Andrew Church. Pastor Rod at St. Andrew is currently spearheading the creation of the “Footprints of Courage” Memorial Trails for the Memorial Prayer Path at SPIRIT in the PINES Camp in northern MN. If $30,000 is raised by May 1, 2011, that amount will be matched by a generous donor. Any donations would be greatly appreciated.

To contribute to the camp, please address a check to "St. Andrew Lutheran Church" with “In memory of Chris Jenkins” noted in the subject line. It can be mailed to: St. Andrew Lutheran Church, 13600 Technology Dr., Eden Prairie, MN 55344.
