This was new state of the art equipment, in fact, the same area had already been searched previously and Ryan was not found due to the depth his truck was at. He was found totally on accident.Jennhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12310539184403208620noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1766322694484209381.post-35794485458765371932021-12-31T00:07:44.151-06:002021-12-31T00:07:44.151-06:00Has anyone ever thought why they were testing a so...Has anyone ever thought why they were testing a sonar machine there in the first place Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02938286988026454540noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1766322694484209381.post-57476817872772651432010-02-03T11:31:24.267-06:002010-02-03T11:31:24.267-06:00Does anyone think about the possibility that someo...Does anyone think about the possibility that someone decided to take advantage of him passed out? They could have put him in the truck, drove the truck to the lake, moved him to the driver's side and pushed the truck in. Was the truck found in drive or neutral??JBrownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08025101860396702306noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1766322694484209381.post-87989909793022121032009-06-24T13:25:36.013-05:002009-06-24T13:25:36.013-05:00The pond Katcher was found in is part of a system ...The pond Katcher was found in is part of a system of lakes and ponds in the Hillery area. These were formerly strip mines and are extremely deep. The one we live on is at least 65 ft (that's when we ran out of rope). They also are very steep with little to no water within standing depth. Without sonar or other imaging, it is nearly impossible to recover anything from them. Most of this lake in particular has no trees or other brush around it to get knocked over in the event of an accident. Furthermore, I believe that the cafe was being built at the time; so any tire tracks, skid marks, footprints, etc. may have been written off as construction mess.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1766322694484209381.post-63529673237303114372009-06-13T09:25:36.558-05:002009-06-13T09:25:36.558-05:00He lost his father Did he have issues he was seein...He lost his father Did he have issues he was seeing someone about?Perhaps a religious counselor that dealt with grief issues?Someone who is Catholic which is what many of the victims were? It could explain why others are dead also. There were young men whose mothers had cancer. There was a young man whose mothers had a heart condition. Also there was a soldier trying to adapt after coming back from Iraq.Tenneguynoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1766322694484209381.post-11697899367378127292009-04-20T00:51:00.000-05:002009-04-20T00:51:00.000-05:00Scables:

Of course after 5 years they would most likely be no evidence left indicating his truck went into the water.Doc Conjurehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08569054730270980353noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1766322694484209381.post-28261873622453553742009-02-02T17:17:00.000-06:002009-02-02T17:17:00.000-06:00Thanks for catching the typo. How could his truck have ended up in that tiny, popular pond without leaving indicators? Tracks, broken barriers, brake marks, etc.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
